• Prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed

• By placing an order through our website or via WhatsApp or Instagram, you confirm that the information you provide (name, phone number, email, address, city) is accurate and complete
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability

4. Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Jazzcash

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We currently ship within Pakistan only
• Estimated delivery timeframes will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and may vary depending on your location and courier availability
• Paperest is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate at the time of order, as we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, except in cases where

• The product received is damaged or defective upon delivery
• The wrong product was shipped due to our error.

In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with proof (photos/video of the product and packaging) so we can assess and resolve the issue
